How can I get for my company Home Improvement business? I have a One Man Home Improvement Bus. I've been busy these past two years and did OK but all droped this fall. I continue to run ads on CL and my local newspaper. I use to get 10 calls a week and now I'll spend weeks with one !!!!!! I can not understand How could fall Business flat. Is there an offer on the company is like me and when the weather get a little slow, we all feel?. I had business in Outher over the years but never seen it? Help !!!!!!!
Business Improvement House have been booming in recent years do to housing prices. People took money from their stock to pay improvements. This makes their home more valuable, then they got equity. With the slowing property market property prices are stable and people have more money to improve it. Also Investors have stopped buying fixing and flipping houses because the profit level has dropped.
