Does anyone know about this penny stock?? BOCL?
I’ve been watching this stock for a quite while and it seems like there is some potential in it, and was thinking of buying some shares since it is pretty much at its low point right now. I’ve read some forums and people said that they’ve been lucky with it. I’m kind of new in the investing world. Has anyone ever bought any stocks in this company? or have any advice?

The two key elements of your question are “new to investing” and “lucky”.
If you are new to investing, stay away from penny stocks. They are highly subject to manipulation and extremely risky.
Whether you do well or not will be mostly luck.
