Setting Goals In Google Analytics

setting goals in google analytics
How do I set up a goal in Google Analytics that shows when someone makes a purchase on my Etsy account?

So I set up Google Analytics on my etsy shop and I know you put in a url to your goal, but how can I do this for a sale? Because I do not know the URL destination for an item sold or those in between.

You'll save a portion of the URL of the target page that goal. For items sold, you can use the URL to add it to a basket. Usually, you will be using some parameters sent to a script. See the link using Google Analytics page below. I think the example given under matching regular expression is what you need. FYI, the URL with the subdomain in front of the domain name (eg http://blogging-projects.blogspot.com) will actually correspond to another URL in the same domain (ie blogspot.com) if you use the right type of match. So you need to test your URL target if it gets counted as a good conversion. In my case, I made a mistake assuming that the type of leader is the type of matches correct URL.
