Very good question, March end would be better time to invest in stock market. Reasons the government would be presenting full fledged budget and it would be important to know how well we can maintain our fiscal deficit which is ballooning. Stimulus package rollover how well government can handle, till now important bills like Insurance, Banking and reforms in Legal, Labor and Land are pending.
