Former / Current Day Traders Help?
I was day trading paper amounts I would invest in real time from several months now and I am very successful at it. I'm worried im not having a complete picture of restrictions and limits on day trading but I already know the rule pattern day trader or $ 7 fee for each transaction. "I keep $ 25,000 in my account and actively use $ 75,000 or more in a school Trade in and out with a few thousand dollars (before taxes and $ 7 for each trade) every day is there any other costs associated with that? It seems like too much easy money can be made and to hear that 80% of day traders lose money I feel like Im missing out on something. If you make your offer / demand the same price as the stock price today, how is it usually quick to buy or sell more common shares traded like Citigroup?
I do not know if I understand correctly … Are you currently trading with real money? How long? Commercial Paper rarely reflect the actual trading results …. especially with low price stocks. Here are the facts …. QQQQ & IWM years have increased by about 12% this month. this may be the best in the history of September. I hope you know what the years QQQQ & IWM are. 90% of new day traders do (and not 80%). Very few succeed without the help of technical analysis. Not succeed without the help of the money management trading. It takes 3-5 years (on average) to be profitable on an ongoing basis. Most successful traders are always reading new books on trade. There are some people who can do it with little knowledge ….. but they are few. other than taxes …. there no other fees. I think you are doing well. You can even have the talent …. but most of your results are … I think …. is the time for you in day trading. How you going to do in an ordinary market or down the real test.
