
Is this a good goal for muscle building?
Right here are my current stats: Height: 6ft 0.5inch Weight: 160 pounds Body fat%: 8.1 (First time using caliper method) At the end of 2010, I set a goal to achieve: Weight: 175 pounds% Fats: Below 10 Do you think this is an achievable goal? (Remember that 8.1% of the BF is not very accurate)
